Editing of Article Page 1
As mentioned in my blog where I show where I got the inspiration for Article page 1, here's how I brought out the idea in my magazine:
Firstly, I added the edited image which I've shown in my previous blog on
a plain white background:
I then added the title of my article on the top of the page in the font
"Bernard MT Condensed" with font size being 48:
I then started adding the text of my article from a word document which I wrote it in, and aligned it according to the curves of the image. For this activity, I made use of the space bar and enter key for the text to be aligned properly:
I then added an arrow shape in the bottom with the page
number to indicate that the article continues on the next page:
Since the color of the page was too simple, I decided on adding a little shade or variation to it. In the picture format tab, I went in the "Color" option and selected the Color tone: "Temperature: 5900 K":
For the title of the article to look more prominent, I edited it by changing its color to "Dark Red" and filling the textbox shape surrounding it with "White, Background 1, Darker 15%":
